This project seeks to reduce the ecological impact of the CERN restaurants and to educate the CERN community about environmentally conscious food choices. Partnering with Vegans at CERN, the group has succeeded in making more plant-based food options available at CERN, and organizes weekly lunch meetups at CERN (weather/Covid measures permitting). In the future they hope to further their education efforts and organize online (or in-person) plant-based cooking workshops.
