EcoTech

tech

This project brainstorms technology-driven solutions to environmental problems. This can involve for example hack-a-thons, mobile app design, or engineering, data science, and machine learning projects dedicated to studying or helping the environment.

This sub-group hosted its first virtual environmental hackathon in 2021 and plans to continue this program in summer 2022. They are currently planning on building a website to connect and inform environmentally-conscious scientists, engineers, and others in the particle-physics sphere.
